By creating an account or using MaterialRunner, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Description of Service

MaterialRunner is a field tool for fire protection professionals to build and send accurate material lists from job sites. Features vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Free Trial

All plans include a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. We will notify you before your trial ends.

Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection.
  • Annual plans are billed upfront and save approximately 17% vs. monthly.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the application
  • Interfere with the service or its infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all material lists and job data you create in MaterialRunner. We do not claim any rights to your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MaterialRunner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will be error-free. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaterialRunner and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including loss of data or business interruption.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MaterialRunner operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
