MaterialRunner ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using MaterialRunner, you agree to the practices described here.

• Account information — your name and email address, collected when you sign up via Clerk.
• Usage data — material lists, job details, and templates you create within the app, stored locally on your device.
• Device information — browser type, operating system, and general location (country/region) for security and analytics purposes.

We do not collect payment information directly — billing is handled by Stripe and subject to their privacy policy.

We use the following third-party services to operate MaterialRunner:

• Clerk — user authentication and account management
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
• Stripe — payment processing (when billing is active)

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their data practices.

Your material lists and job data are stored locally on your device using browser storage. Account information (name, email) is stored securely by Clerk. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us. You can delete your account directly from the My Account page, which removes your profile from our systems.

MaterialRunner uses essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. No cookie consent banner is required for essential session cookies under most jurisdictions.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the app. Continued use of MaterialRunner after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
